The data people all know it.” As the future of golf content is shifting rapidly, he believes that traditional linear TV ratings will no longer be the sole measure of success. “If you think the next 10 years of content is going to be measured in linear TV ratings, you’re missing the big picture and are going to be left behind.”
He also mentioned the much-awaited LIV Golf vs. PGA Tour affair’s importance. Where the golf world will witness DeChambeau and Brooks Koepka’s partnership battling against Rory McIlroy and Scottie Scheffler. “It is going to leverage Bryson’s following and will be an important barometer to measure true reach that linear measurements can’t. I think they’re going to get really creative. As is LIV in the future.” It is going to be played in Las Vegas in December 2024. Surprisingly, DeChambeau had long envisioned a PGA Tour-LIV golf battle.
