Inter Miami star Luis Suarez attended the Miami Heat’s latest NBA game, but was let down by the team’s mascot during an impromptu bout of keepy-uppy.
WHAT HAPPENED?
The veteran Uruguayan striker headed to the Kaseya Center with his wife Sofia and their three children. He was given seats close to the court, allowing him to be dragged into the pre-match show intended to keep those in attendance entertained.

THE BIGGER PICTURE
Unfortunately, despite his best efforts, Suarez was unable to complete a keepy-uppy challenge with Heat mascot Burnie – with his long neck and giant head not really cut out for a basketball juggling contest.
DID YOU KNOW?
The Heat went on to lose the game in question 109-105, with the visiting Philadelphia 76ers walking away with the win. Inter Miami will be hoping to fare better when they return to MLS action against the Colorado Rapids on Saturday.
WHAT NEXT FOR INTER MIAMI?
Suarez heads into that game with eight goals and five assists to his name across all competitions this season, with the 37-year-old frontman hoping to have eight-time Ballon d’Or winner Lionel Messi back alongside him against the Rapids – with the Argentine icon recovering from an untimely hamstring injury.
