NFL quarterback/human rights activist Colin Kaepernick was ghosted by the league years ago after making the decision to protest police brutality during official games by kneeling during the National Anthem. About half the country went crazy and no NFL team would hire him due to how much division his actions caused. For a long time, Kaepernick was considered a toxic figure for any team but things are finally starting to loosen up. There seems to be an effort from the Los Angeles Chargers to offer Kaepernick a contract that would help him return to the league in his late ’30s. Fortunately for Colin the public seems to have cooled down with their disapproval of him. A fellow human rights activist just came out to propose a massive honor for Kaepernick.
