After dating for years, Olivia Culpo and Christian McCaffrey finally tied the knot during an intimate Rhode Island ceremony. The couple kept their wedding ceremony elaborate yet private, enjoying the best weekend with their loved ones.

Of course, friends and family are still recapping the wedding with the newly married couple.

In a few photos shared by Olivia Culpo’s brother Gus, McCaffrey’s mother, Lisa McCaffrey, made sure to leave a sweet comment while poking fun at her daughter-in-law.

“In honor of the best weekend ever ❤️⚓️,” Gus wrote in his caption.

Lisa McCaffrey joked about the same, also referring to it as the ‘best weekend’:

Christian McCaffrey also left a sweet comment on Gus’ IG post:

Over the past few months, both Lisa and Olivia Culpo have continued to post about each other. The two continue to bond, even prepping for events together.

Sharing a clip from the wedding, Lisa showered some love for the new member of their family.

“So happy! Can’t stop dancing. I love my DIL!😊” Lisa wrote in her caption.

Sharing the same video of Lisa McCaffrey dancing on TikTok, Olivia Culpo was all praises for her mother-in-law.

“Didn’t see this clip until now and just had to share 😂 best MIL in the world!!!” Culpo wrote on TikTok.

In May, Lisa also celebrated Olivia’s birthday. She shared a heartfelt note for the former Miss Universe.

“Happy Birthday to my beautiful, talented and hardworking soon to be Daughter-in-law. Love, Your soon to be Monster-In-Law,” McCaffrey’s mother Lisa wrote on Instagram.

Starting with liking each other’s posts on Instagram, Olivia Culpo and Christian McCaffrey began dating in 2019. They waited years before getting engaged in 2023, marrying months later in June.
