Lauren Fryer, the girlfriend of Arsenal and England star Declan Rice, has deleted all of her pictures on Instagram after being targeted by cruel trolls over her appearance
Arsenal ace Declan Rice‘s WAG Lauren Fryer has wiped her Instagram clean after vile trolls targeted her looks.
The long-term love of the Gunners midfielder and mum to their adorable 20-month-old tot Jude was bombarded with cruel jibes online. The trolling kicked off back in December when a keyboard warrior told the England star he ‘could do better’ than his childhood sweetheart.
Fast forward to now, and Rice has been hit with awful taunts saying he’s got ‘low standards’ for sticking with Lauren. Despite the hate, Lauren’s kept her Insta profile up for her 64k followers, only ditching the snaps but leaving a cute pic of her and Jude cheering on from the stands.
In a wave of support, Manchester fashion house In The Style has thrown its weight behind Lauren, posting: “Appreciation post for this beautiful woman Lauren Fryer. We’re sorry to see that in 2024 women are still subject to so many disgusting comments.”
Their founder Adam Frisby also chimed in, slamming the abuse: “Its 2024 we need to do so much better, what she’s been subject to the last few days is disgusting and she’s bloody beautiful. Although he shouldn’t have to, he’s a true gent defending her”, reports the Manchester Evening News.

Fellow WAG Rebekah Vardy, wife of Leicester and ex-England striker Jamie, responded to the abuse with: “It’s actually disgusting what she’s been subjected to. Unfortunately, it’s all too easy for trolls to hide behind a keyboard these days. And easy for people to say ignore but it’s hard and I don’t care what anyone says it does get to you and that’s from personal experience. Hope she’s got some good friends round her for support. She’s absolutely beautiful could teach a few ‘wags’ a thing or 2!” Love Island victor Dani Dyer added praise for Lauren, saying: “She is a beaut inside and out.”Another ex-Love Island star Liberty Poole was equally disgusted by the situation, commenting: “I think she’s beautiful this is crazy. What happened to celebrating different body types and embracing how we are all individually made. beauty standards these days are unrealistic and everyone’s gone mad because of social media. I’m keep preaching about it till I die time for change this can’t continue.”

Declan and his partner Lauren have reportedly been together for close to eight years and welcomed their first child, Jude, in 2022. An insight into their family life emerged when the footballer subtly made the announcement on the field while playing for West Ham against Brighton and Hove Albion.
Having now transferred to North London, the midfielder revealed a fresh tattoo showcasing the name and birthdate of his newborn. Engraved on his skin are the words “Jude Rice” accompanied by the astrological sign for Leo (which corresponds to August), and his son’s birth date – 7 August 2022.
